Context

세계 1위 모자 제조업체인 유풍은 서울, 베트남, 방글라데시에 있는 글로벌 생산 시설을 프리미엄하게 보여주길 원했다. B2B와 B2C 타겟 모두에게 브랜드 콘텐츠로 기능할 수 있는 영상이 필요했다. 제품의 뛰어난 품질을 가능하게 한 장인 정신을 전달하며 고객의 신뢰를 강화하고자 했다.

Challenge

여러 지역에 걸친 복잡한 생산 시스템을 모두 담기 위해 소규모로 인력을 구성해야 했다. 공장 운영에 방해가 없도록 여러 요소를 고려해 촬영을 진행했다. 팬데믹 이후 콘텐츠 제작을 재개하며 많은 글로벌 브랜드들이 해외 촬영에 대해 부담을 느끼는 상황이었다. 제한된 자원을 효율적으로 배분해 완성도 높은 영상을 제작해야 했다.

Solution

우리는 빠르고 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 제작 체계를 고안했다. 필수 인력만으로 팀을 구성했고 철저한 사전 준비로 촬영에 빈틈없이 임했다. 현지 스태프를 섭외해 현장 운영의 효율성을 높였다. 편집 단계에서는 공정의 역동성을 보여주기 위해 리듬감을 살렸고, 디테일 컷을 적재적소에 배치해 고도의 정밀함을 부각했다. 자동화된 공정 속에서도 중심이 되는 임직원의 전문성을 브랜드 자산으로 담아냈다.

Context

Yupoong, the world's #1 headwear manufacturer, wanted to showcase their global production facilities in Seoul, Vietnam, and Bangladesh in a premium way. They needed a video that could function as branded content for both B2B and B2C targets. The goal was to convey the craftsmanship that enables the excellent quality of their products while strengthening customer trust.

Challenge

Capturing complex production systems across multiple territories required a compact crew and minimal disruption to factory operations. In the post-pandemic landscape, global brands placed increased pressure on overseas shoots—demanding cost efficiency, high production value, and faster turnarounds with leaner teams.

Solution

We developed a production system designed for speed and flexibility: 4-person teams, pre-scoped shot lists, and locally sourced technical crew. Our visual approach highlighted rhythm, precision, and human expertise, transforming an industrial process into a compelling brand asset.
